Joe Cuzzetto was born in Vancouver to Italian parents Francesco and Irma, and is the youngest of four siblings. He resides in Vancouver along with his wife Frances and children Francesco, Simona and Alessia. After attending Templeton school he obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from Simon Fraser University, where he also played on the SFU Varsity Soccer team. He continued his studies with a Marketing Management Diploma from BCIT. His love for the game of soccer enabled him to be a four-time Canadian Champion but most importantly, continued to feed his passion for his beloved Columbus.

Whether through weekly training or game-day Sunday, Joe’s devotion to the club is fiercely loyal. His over forty years with Columbus and having been involved both on and off the pitch, Joe was inspired to share thoughts on his storied club. His memories are endless and after years of collecting and remembering anecdotes and narratives, he decided it was time to tell the story of Columbus F.C.
